The Phidippus spiders are known as jumping spiders. Venom toxicity: The Mouse spider is known to cause severe illness, especially to young children. They have a pair of antennae; a series of complex, highly variable mouthparts, which vary greatly from species to species; and three pairs of legs. A so-so book if you’re reading to preschoolers about insects. When all the bees are dead, the hornets feed on the honey and then carry the bee larvae, and parts of the adult bee bodies, back to their own nest to feed their larvae.
